The Junior Project Coordinator will support the Central PMO by assisting in project planning, scheduling, and execution. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, tracking project progress, coordinating meetings, and communicating with project stakeholders. This role reports directly to the PMO Head and requires strong organizational and communication skills.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules.
- Track project progress and report on status updates.
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Communicate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
- Support the PMO Head in various project management tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
