The Regulatory Compliance Consultant will be part of a dynamic team providing support to financial services, banking, payments, and crypto related clients in the EU and the Middle East.

This role demands an understanding of regulatory frameworks, strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive under pressure .

- Develop, review, and update compliance manuals, policies, and procedures.

- Advise regulated firms on regulatory compliance issues.

- Conduct regular compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to standards and obligations.

- Ensure regulated firms meet ongoing obligations and licensing requirements.

- Provide regulatory advice and solutions to investment, fintech  and other type of financial services firms.

- Collaborate with other departments such as legal, accounting, and internal audit.

- Liaise with regulatory authorities on behalf of clients.

- Address client complaints and provide assistance.

- Prepare and submit applications and notifications to regulatory authorities.

- Draft and review annual compliance, risk management, and AML reports.

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role.

- Thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (AML, investment services, payments, funds, crypto)

- Strong interest in regulatory standards and best practices.

- Experience in the financial services sector is preferred.

- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Law, or a related discipline.

- Excellent organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

- Ability to take initiatives and provide effective solutions.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.

- Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
