Yiannos specializes in regulatory affairs, corporate governance and board leadership for financial, credit, and crypto institutions, with extensive experience in the Middle East and the EU. He has held executive positions and been partner in global consulting firms, advising on strategy, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) matters and is active in engagements for investment firms, banks, payment institutions, and crypto organizations.

He is a Certified Public Accountant (AICPA), holds an MBA in International Finance, and a BSc in Business Administration. Yiannos is also a Certified Financial Services Auditor (IIA) and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS). He represents Cyprus in ISO committees on Financial Services, Corporate Governance, and Green Finance, and serves on the boards of Revolut Digital Technologies, CISI Cyprus National Advisory Council, and StoneX Europe.
